CUSTOMER
FOCUS
When we first entered
the real estate profession, we knew we were going to have to fight
some stereotypes. The profession's "Million Dollar Clubs",
fancy cars and pressure sales have no doubt given a reflection to
the general public that the focus is not on the customer, but instead
on the success of the agent. Linda and I entered this profession
to beat that stereotype. In our club, YOU are #1. Your needs are
above ours. You are not pressured to buy before you're ready and
you are not pressured to sell below the market value of your home.
It is our goal to provide YOU the highest level of customer service
possible!
ABOUT OUR FAMILY
We both grew up in this
area and know it well. We met in 1983 while attending Middle Tennessee
State University. In 1990, after six years of dating and two months
of engagement, we were married (when you make up your mind to do
something, why wait?)
In
1994, we were blessed with a son, Kyle.
1996 brought another
blessing (and a teammate for Kyle), Tyler.
They are both a lot
of work but they're worth it!
EDUCATION
We both graduated from
Middle Tennessee State University in 1985, Linda with a degree in
Communications and Tom with a degree in Computer Science. Holding
to the saying that "you never quit learning", Tom subsequently
picked up two Master degrees (MS and MBA) from Christian Brothers
University.
Tom holds the Certified
Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate Realtor
Institute (GRI) and Accredited Buyer Representative
(ABR) designations.
EXPERIENCE
Before joining the team
at Coldwell Banker Barnes, we both spent several successful years
at BellSouth --- Linda in Customer Service and Tom in Information
Technology and numerous Quality Program initiatives. We believe
our leadership roles in customer service, customer satisfaction
and a never-ending quest for Quality make us an unbeatable team
at Coldwell Banker Barnes.
Since 1995, we have
had the privilege of satisfying the real estate needs of hundreds
in the Middle Tennessee area. The friendships made and the experiences
shared are PRICELESS!
COMMUNITY
We have been involved
in, and find great enjoyment in improving the community in which
we live. We have both been involved in Room In The Inn (shelter
for the homeless), Big Brothers, Senior Citizens, Inc., Family &
Children’s Service and various activities of our church. Tom has
worked with Habitat For Humanity and previously served as Loaned
Executive for Williamson County United Way.
